Updated October 25, 2026. ## Estimate requests When you send the estimate form we receive your name, phone number, the optional email address, the area and the details you type, plus the page you arrived on and any advertising click ID in the address. We use them only to answer your request and to understand which pages and ads bring requests. Requests are kept for up to 180 days on our hosting provider and in our email. ## Chat The chat window is provided by Tawk.to. Messages you send there are handled by Tawk.to under its own privacy policy. Replies may come from an AI assistant, and AI can make mistakes; for anything important, call (863) 618-7146. ## Analytics and advertising measurement We use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag to count visits and measure which ads and pages lead to calls and requests. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off in our analytics settings. Nothing you type into a form is sent to analytics. Spam protection on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. ## The Lightning Risk Check Your answers stay in your browser.
